Let’s be honest, nobody is ever going to care about your property more than  you do. However, there are times we could all do with an extra helping hand or peace of mind.

This service comes with all the benefits in the full annual service package as well as the extra peace of mind knowing that our external third party 24 hour certified monitoring station Fenix UK based will also be keeping a watchful eye over your alarm system.

If your alarm is triggered, they will start to contact your keyholders to get support to your property. They will also keep an eye on things like battery levels, connectivity issues and get in touch with you should any issues arise with your panel. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

A little extra setup and prep work is required for this service so please advise in advance if this is something you would like to have before your install.
